The Real Gilmore Girls
Primrose + Lily is the dream of one fueled by the hearts of two. We feed off of each other’s strengths – whether it be time management, creativity, or constructive arguing, and help each other smooth the edges of our weaknesses – such as bluntness, perfectionism and constructive arguing.
Kayce
Kayce is the Lily, Lead Coordinator, and Daughter. Her dream career can be traced back to the perfectly planned surprise 16th birthday party she threw for her little sister. The exhilaration she felt seeing her sister so surprised, happy, and loved left a lasting impression. It was during that same summer that Kayce’s dad helped her realize the importance of changing majors in college, setting her on the path to her current career. Over the years, Kayce has come to see her mom for who she truly is—a best friend and partner in crime.
Joanie
Joanie, known as the Primrose, Bookkeeper, and Mother, has always been busy as a mother of two daughters, overseeing school projects and organizing parties for birthdays and holidays. While Joanie aimed to let her girls express themselves independently, she couldn’t help but offer suggestions and guidance along the way. As time passed, Kayce began seeking Joanie’s advice, tips, and “how to’s” as she pursued her own dreams. Naturally, Joanie wholeheartedly supported Kayce and considers herself an integral part of her future.
